STEP 1 | INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals for the van. Whether you already have a van or need help sourcing one, this session covers design ideas, functionality, and budget.
STEP 2 | DESIGN & PLANNING
Following the consultation, a custom design is developed just for you. Floor plans, materials, and unique features are reviewed to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. Once finalized, a clear project timeline and budget are provided.
STEP 3 | BUILD AND CONVERSION
With the design approved, the build process begins at our workshop in Bend, Oregon. Skilled craftsmanship and thoughtful design come together to create a van that’s both beautiful and functional. Regular updates are shared so you’re part of the journey from start to finish.
STEP 4 | FINAL WALKTHROUGH & DELIVERY
Upon completion, a thorough walkthrough is conducted to showcase each feature and ensure everything meets your expectations. Any questions are addressed to help you feel fully comfortable with your new van.
STEP 5 | ON-GOING SUPPORT
After delivery, Buena Vista Van Co. remains available for support and guidance. Whether you need maintenance tips or have questions down the road, help is just a call or message away.
